Products Description

Developed by synthesizing special resins, KL-17 belongs to modified hot melt adhesives. It is compatible with coating on PET, PVC and PEI substrates. The material has no initial adhesion at ambient temperature, can form stable bonded joints under high-temperature pressurization, and features broad application adaptability and high bonding strength.

Operating Steps

1. Ensure the substrate surface is clean, dust-free, and oil-free.  
2. Apply/screen print/spray the adhesive onto the substrate. 

3.Bake at 90-110 degrees Celsius for 1-2 minutes to evaporate solvents or moisture. 

4. A: Roll up (with cooling rollers) ☞ Apply release film ☞ For sale/Laminate within 6 months 
B: Lamination: Hot pressing (100-170 degrees Celsius for 1 minute) ☞ Curing (175 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes / 50-60 degrees
Celsius for 24 hours) 

5. After standing for 24 hours, conduct relevant tests.Packing & Delivery
